Did you change your mind?

You have the right to return the product within 14 days from the day of purchase. To return / change the product, the return form must be completed.

Conditions for changes:

a. The product must be intact, not worn, used, stained or damaged.
b. The product must be returned in its original shipping package and its package must not be damaged.
c. The product must be accompanied by the receipt of purchase.

1. Shipping costs are paid by the consumer.
2. Returns must be made by the shipping company that cooperates with the store.
3. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds are made within 10 days from the moment we receive the product and after the above conditions are ascertained.
5. Refunds are made in the same way as the payment.
   
   

Defective product

In the case of a defective product or in the case that the product has been damaged during transport, contact us within 2 working days for:

A. repair of the product

B. replacement, if it is possible

Sending the wrong product

In case you receive a different product from the one you ordered, contact us within 2 working days.

The right to return do NOT have:

• Pre-ordered products
• Products that have been converted e.g. size, stone change etc.
• Seasonal items (eg charms)
• Offer products.
