All payments by card are processed through the electronic payment platform "Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses encryption TLS 1.2 with 128- encryption protocolbit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.
- The reason for deposit is your name and the code of the order.
- In cases in which there is an extra charge by the bank for the execution of an order, it has to be paid by the consumer.
- Your order will be executed as soon as the payment is cleared and the transfer to our bank account is confirmed. Clearance time varies from bank to bank and it is not included in the estimated product delivery time as stated on the website and at the final stage of your order.
- The deposit must be made within 3 working days. After 3 days the products may not be available.
In some orders, a downpayment can be requested. It is paid upon prior arrangement.
- You can pay and recieve your order in our store, Fokionos Negri 1, Kypseli, Athens.
- If the products are "Immediately available in the store", the collection can be done during the opening hours of the store.
- Your order will remain in our store for 7 working days unless otherwise agreed. After 7 days, the products may no longer be available.
